Returns Policy
- Processing
- Our team will approve for return, no question ask (only prepaid order are eligible to apply).
- If customer want to return the product with any reason, So first of all customer have to Apply for Return within timeline.
- Once we approved,Our team will share you shipping label through email to print and paste on the package.
- Condition
- Product must be in same condition as customer receives it at delivery time.
- Customer can claim return for within timeline only.
- Requirement
- Require each side package image with label images to make sure the products is purchased through OneCart.
- Product box & content images, which is received at delivery time.
- Reason, why customer want to return the product.
- Payments
- Refund amount will be credited once seller received the product in original condition.
- Any return payment will be processed into OneCart wallet.
- Withdrawal into bank option will be available in 6 months from the date of refund.
- Shipping
- If customer is applying return:
- Customer needs to pack the item very safely using bubble wrap or anything else.
- Customer needs to send package images through email, where we approved return before handover to courier boy.
- Timeline
- Once our team verified the application. Customer needs to apply return within 5 working days.
