• Processing
    • If customer needs replacement on any order, So first of all customer have to Apply Replacement within Replacement warranty Period.
    • Our team will receives your replacement query and You will get all the response on your registered email Id.
    • Customer needs to provide required details and Our team will verify your details and problem.
    • During this process you have to be patient. Once our team will done the verification process. Your Replacement will be delivered to you within 5 – 7 working Days.
    • Once we verified replacement. our team will arrange pickup shipment to get back product from customer, after that our team will check product to make sure the product as in original condition, then we will ship the replacement to the customer.
  • Condition
    • Customers can apply for replacement only in this cases:
      • If Customer Receives a Damaged/Missing Product.
      • If the Product is Defective or Not Working.
    • If The Replacement is applied against Defective or not working case, then Product must be in same condition as customer receives it at delivery time.
  • Required Details
    • If customer receives damaged, missing or wrong product. Then following things are required
      • 360 degree clear & uncut unboxing video from each side to make sure packet is not open from any side.
      • Clear video while opening packet & product.
      • Clear picture of damaged part (if damaged).
      • All side images of Package & Item received.
      • Packaging label images.
    • If product is defective or not working. Then following things are required
      • Clear video of the problem while using the product to see what problem you are facing.
      • Package image with label.
  • Shipping
    • In case of replacement, if customer has no fault, then no needs to pay any shipping charges and if have then approximately 50 – 100rs shipping which will be pay on delivery time.
    • Customer can claim the replacement for one time only.
    • If customer is applying replacement for defective, not working or wrong product case:
      • So the customer needs to pack the item very safely using box wrap or anything else.
      • Customer needs to send package images through email, where we approved replacement before handover to Pickup courier boy.
  • Timeline
    • Once our team verified the application. Customer will receive the replacement within 2- 4 working days.
